We at Elite Coaching & Leisure Ltd, in our chosen sports are committed to protect children from harm.

We at Elite recognize the needs of children from minority ethnic groups and children with disabilities. Staff and volunteers within this organisation accept and recognise our responsibilities to develop awareness of the issues that cause children harm.

We at Elite will do our utmost to safeguard all children in our care by adopting the relevant child protection guidelines through procedures and a code of conduct for all staff.

We have a guideline procedure in place for all potential employees.

Our goal as coaches is to provide a structured coaching framework for children to ensure that fun and satisfaction are had by all participating.

Elite training sessions are planned to be challenging and rewarding as well as enjoyable.

Elite coaching aims to produce a skillful, responsible player, who enhances teamwork and is comfortable in making decisions in match conditions.
